Fuel saver for special equipment
ECOLOW has developed a fuel saver for special equipment companies (snow removal machines and other fixed posts) that helps companies to reduce their expenses and environmental impact by reducing fuel consumption.
Our module can be adapted to all types of special equipment, from snowploughs in stations to fixed posts such as generators, crushers and machine for recycling centres. The system is interchangeable and works with different fuels, NRD* (non-road diesel), petrol and diesel for all other machines.
The ECOLOW device is 100% approved in Europe with the CE, EMC and ESA certifications required for aftermarket accessories. Obtained thanks to the non-invasive character of our system: no intervention on the engine, the turbo, no addition of additive. Simply consider it as an accessory that allows you to keep your original manufacturer’s warranty.
As the only ones to offer such a specificity on the market of « fuel saving » accessories, the technology we have developed is patented since 2018. As a committed sustainable development player, we take active steps to reduce pollution from special equipment and are RoHS certified right down to the design of our fuel saving device.

How does the ECOLOW device work?
After many tests and years of research we have developed this system which, by means of an electromagnetic impulse, optimises the calorific value of your fuel. The intervention is done on its molecular composition.
The aim? To reduce its viscosity to improve fluidity and lead to efficient combustion.
In short, you are not only saving fuel, you are optimising the performance of your engine and polluting less on the litres consumed. The gains are real, up to 15% on engines running on NRD* for example.
Guaranteed for 2 years, with no maintenance required, the module proves its worth as long as the operating requirements are met: Maintain a constant operating speed (minimum 1 hour) to maximise the result and reduce your CO2, Nox and HC emissions.

How is the ECOLOW device installed on your equipment?
Our team is available every day to install the device on site at your stations, recycling centres etc., whether in France or abroad. It is compatible with all types and brands of equipment and is guaranteed for 2 years. Although quick, the intervention of our technicians or at least a training session is necessary to ensure the correct assembly and operation of the module.
Installation time
Off season, or in full activity, we will only immobilise your machines for a short time so as not to impact the productivity of your services. Count on a maximum intervention time of one hour.
