Fuel level probes are designed for precise measurement  of the fuel level in all kinds of vehicle tanks as well as in tanks of fixed installations (tanks, cisterns).

It can be used in addition to or as a replacement for the vehicle's existing gauge.

The Probe works coupled with the ECOLOW® or completely autonomously via its beacon for data reporting with detailed reports from a dedicated site.

The probe allows:

  • To obtain reliable information on the volume of fuel contained in the tank
  • To define the vehicle fuel supply volume adapted to the vehicle  ( Filling Optimization )
  • To detect fuel theft from a drop in the tank level ( regardless  of the operating mode )
  • Monitor the tank remotely to anticipate filling

  • To identify habits where refueling is done for precise positioning!!

Digital output sensors are able to calculate the fuel volume by themselves (either in liters or as a percent of the full tank) and send this information in an output message . Once calibrated, the probe is connected to a GPS Telematics box which will transmit the information from the sensor as well as the position of the vehicle to a computer server.

With the information provided, the software installed on the server determines the place and time  when an event occurs (stuffing or suspected theft) and records it . The user will be able to receive and consult information on events and vehicle parameters in the form of graphs and/or tables.
