OUR INSTALLATION GUIDE
The ECOLOW® module complies with CE, SEEE, EMC and RoHS standards.
Only a distributor who has received specific and detailed training can perform a proper, safe, and compliant installation.
If you are the end user, do not attempt the installation yourself and contact us.
STEP 1
Overlap the coil directly onto the fuel pipe (if it has an outside diameter of 19 mm) or overlap onto the pipe fitted with its spacer so that it has a final outside diameter of 19 mm.
STEP 2
Open the spool so that it passes around the wedge. Position it centered on the spool.
STEP 3
Once in place, the wedge and the coil appear as follows on the fuel pipe.
STEP 4
Check that the outside diameter of the central part of the spool is indeed 21 mm, using calipers, as shown in the photo opposite.
STEP 5
Wind the blue thread ten times onto the spool, ensuring that the loose ends on either side of the windings are the same length. Once in place, the thread to be wound will look like the photo opposite.
STEP 6
Check that the outer diameter of the wound wire does not exceed 25 mm using calipers, as shown in the adjacent photo. If this diameter of 25 mm is exceeded, rewind the wire.
STEP 7
Once the outer diameter of the wound wire conforms to the specifications, place the two half-shells around the wound wire and secure them in place with the two rods. Ensure that the ECOLOW® logo is clearly visible. The spool will then look like the photo opposite.
STEP 8
Complete the installation by securely attaching the reel, cable, and housing with plastic cable ties (such as Rilsan). Once this step is complete, the reel should look like the one shown in the adjacent photo.

Where is the ECOLOW® module manufactured?
ECOLOW® is made in France. It is in the Grand Est region of France that ECOLOW® is assembled, inspected and tested one by one to guarantee its reliability and efficiency of use.
How does ECOLOW® work?
The ECOLOW® module is powered by 12 or 24 volts. It generates a very precise electrical frequency and voltage. This is part of the subject matter of the International Patent, and the rest is confidential.
Does ECOLOW® change the original engine components of the manufacturer?
ECOLOW® is an accessory that meets SEEE (Secondary Electrical and/or Electronic Equipment) standards and does not involve any modification to the manufacturer's original (pump, rail, etc.). There is no modification or alteration of the original manufacturer's ECU parameters, and no additives are added to the fuel. Therefore, your warranty remains valid!
On which machines does ECOLOW® work?
ECOLOW® works on machines or engines that perform long hours of work and/or continuous driving (minimum one hour). The engines must maintain a constant speed (or at least as constant as possible). Keep in mind that the more the engine and its power are used, the greater the savings!
Is the installation of ECOLOW® complex?
If you install the ECOLOW® module yourself, you absolutely must understand all its intricacies. Without specific training from one of our technicians, you run a huge risk of seeing no benefit and being disappointed!
What is the operating time of ECOLOW®?
It is unlimited except in case of alterations and ECOLOW® is 100% guaranteed for 2 years.

Should an engine manufacturer claim damages from ECOLOW® and the damage is proven, GAN contract No. 131528278 covers the manufacturer TCS for €3,533,621 in Europe per claim. Otherwise, the manufacturer TCS will be obligated to claim damages from the engine manufacturer for commercial losses in all 152 countries covered by the patent.
